In the municipality of Svalöv it´s the local renting company, SvalövsBostäder AB, that offers apartments. Apartments including furniture cannot be offered for renting. Waiting time for an apartment depends on your wishes about size and location but waiting period in general is about 3 months.
Pets are welcomed in all apartments owned by SvalövsBostäder. There are no segregated areas in the municipality of Svalöv.
